MyPersonnelFile.com("MPF") discloses our privacy practices and the privacy practices of other URLs we own.
MPF created this privacy statement to show our commitment to privacy. This statement will spell out what information we gather from our customers and visitors.
MPF asks customers who want information, and who subsequently register with us to use our products and services to provide us information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number and email address. This may include later financial and billing information such as billing and address, credit card number, and the number of employees in your organization. Recipients of MPF emails
MPF does not retain email address information after our users delete them from our servers. MPF does not monitor or limit our users from creating e-mail messages. However we quickly and diligently respond to notification of violations or abuses of MPF Terms of Service, especially failure to honor opt-outs.
Users of MPF will place email address lists and digital content on MPF servers. MPF does not monitor content or review lists. MPF's servers use the content to construct email messages and the address lists to deliver messages. MPF will not use user-provided content or e-mail address lists for any purpose whatsoever other than to construct and send messages as intended by the user providing the list and/or content. E-mail lists will never be used by MPF for solicitation nor will they ever be provided to any third party or be accessible through MPF by any user other than the user providing the list.
