Employee Right - Fraud

If employers knowingly hide facts, deceive, distort facts, make misrepresentations, or make false promises, they are committing fraud. The employee may or may not claim damages. However, the charge of fraud has to be backed by profound proof that the employer or the senior authority intentionally passed information that they knew was false, which resulted in some kind of harm, such as emotional anxiety, monetary loss, etc.

If employees are retaliated against after they report potential security fraud or other types of fraud, they can file a complaint with the relevant employment agency or seek out a labor attorney’s advice on the issue.
